We offer bespoke packages based on individual client requirements, which makes it really hard to be able to provide accurate prices without having a chat with you to find out what services you would like first. Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance in place, and we also ensure we have the relevant event licences in place prior to any event. We can provide copies of our insurance on request, if you or your venue needs to see these.

Yes, for services like equipment and trailer hire, where we'll be leaving the equipment with you, we do ask for a deposit to make sure we're covered in case anything unfortunate happens during your hire. We'll refund your deposit in full once everything is returned and checked by our team. The amount of the deposit varies and will be reflective of the value of the equipment you hire.

Once we've agreed what services we're providing and you've confirmed you're happy with our quote, we will ask for a 25% upfront payment which will be deducted from your final balance. This confirms your booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. 

The final balance of your invoice will be due one month prior to your event. The only exception to this will be if the event is within a month of the booking. In this instance, the full balance of your invoice will be due at the point of booking.
